Ecclesiastical Trial Scheduled
The Standing Committee has been advised by the Church Attorney
that the Ecclesiastical Trial of the Right Reverend Charles E.
Bennison, Jr., on the Presentment dated October 29, 2007 on
charges filed by the then Presiding Bishop, Frank Griswold, has
been scheduled for June 9, 2008. The trial will be conducted in
Philadelphia and will be open to the public. The exact location
of the trial has not yet been determined.

Ecclesiology: Exploring Some Recent Models

The International Anglican Liturgical Consultation (IALC) is a
gathering of Anglican liturgical scholars and specialists who,
beginning in the 1980's, perceived the need to meet and discuss
matters of mutual concern for Anglican liturgical life. This
article is concerned with two essays that were published in a
collection titled Equipping the Saints: Ordination in
Anglicanism Today [1], which are related to the IALC Berkeley
Statement on Ordination.

Youth Mission Trip to Guatemala
The Diocese is pleased to announce that we will again be co
-sponsoring a Youth Mission Trip to Guatemala for 2008. The trip
is both a pilgrimage of faith and a mission trip. It may
be the only trip of its kind in the Episcopal Church! This is
joint trip for youth from both companion dioceses rather than
just a one-sided mission trip.

Positions Available: Wapiti Retreat Camp Director
This position is being filled as a full time seasonal position.
The Camp Director is expected to work as needed from Winter
through the Spring, and as camp approaches the job becomes full
time throughout the Summer, with the heaviest work during
Camp itself.

The Orchestra del Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza (from Italy)
conducted by the Bach Festival's Artistic Director Jonathan
Sternberg and Philadelphia's own PIANO4 ensemble performs Bach's

Harvard Glee Club and Keystone Boychoir Concert

On March 27, 2008, the Harvard Glee Club, the oldest college
chorus in America, will join the Keystone State Boychoir in a
concert at the historic Church of the Holy Trinity in
Philadelphia. With the help of the Harvard-Radcliffe Club of
Philadelphia, this should be a great experience for alumni,
friends, and public alike!

Journey of the Beloved Workshop
